About the Event
In this 2 hour workshop we will explore the many different ways that writing a journal can help us to process our emotions, organise our day, plan our big dreams and start the day right. Various techniques will be explained with the opportunity to practice on the night. We will start and end with a guided meditation to set the tone for the evening. A fun, intimate evening to aid your yoga or meditation practice or simply just because!
Please bring a notebook and pen, preferably a brand new journal that you love, to encourage you to maintain a regular practice!
