Starting your day or taking 10 minutes in the afternoon to incorporate a breathing practice can have profound benefits on the mind and the soul.


Nadi Shodhana, literally meaning channel cleansing, helps to relieve stress and anxiety, lower the heart rate, balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, help prana (energy) flow through the body easily and prepare the body for meditation.
